It is a starting point for a project: One important, and recommended, way of starting a project is to carry out a baseline study. Through its results, a baseline serves as a benchmark for all future activities, where we can refer to for the purposes of making project management decision.
•          Youth Led Market Assessment: livelihood coaches participated in YLMA in order to more knowledge about market analysis and quantitative and qualitative assessment of a market. It looks into the size of the market both in volume and in value, the various customer segments and buying patterns, the competition, and the economic environment in terms of barriers to entry and regulation. Innovate’s approach originates in the conviction that employment programming for youth and adolescents is most effective when interventions are market-driven, and vocational training is layered with interventions such as promoting entrepreneurship, providing mentoring and fostering transferable skills.   21/1/2019
